Ik had nog geen ervaring met krachttraining en merk grote sprongen in mijn voortgang. Ik ben sterker en fitter dan ooit en mijn lichaam heeft er nog nooit eerder zo goed uit gezien. Het is te merken dat de trainers jarenlange ervaring hebben, de trainingen zijn gevarieerd, effectief en er wordt heel goed gelet op mijn techniek.
