In order to be able to draw up a personalized training and nutrition program for you, we work according to a certain method.

INTAKE

During the intake we discuss your goals, sports/fitness background, lifestyle, diet, sleep rhythm, etc.

FIRST MEASUREMENT TIME

After the intake, the first measurement is performed to determine the initial situation. Think of body composition (fat percentage and muscle mass) and body size (circumference of waist, legs and arms).

TRAINING PROGRAM

Based on the objectives discussed during the intake, a tailor-made training plan will be drawn up for you.

FOOD PROGRAM

From the first moment of contact you will be asked to keep a food diary for 7 days. Based on this, your personal trainer will draw up a nutrition program for you, explaining exactly how many calories you can eat per day and what ratio of carbohydrates, proteins and fats is optimal for your goal.

EVALUATION

Every 4 weeks, measurements are taken again and progress is evaluated.
