To create a training and nutrition plan that truly fits you, we follow a clear, step-by-step process. From understanding your goals to tracking your progress, we guide you every step of the way.
INTAKE
We start by discussing your goals, fitness background, lifestyle, diet, and sleep habits to get a full picture.
INITIAL MEASUREMENT
Right after the intake, we take your body measurements—fat percentage, muscle mass, and sizes of your waist, arms, and legs—to establish your starting point.
TRAINING PROGRAM
Using your goals as a guide, we’ll create a personalized training plan tailored just for you.
FOOD PROGRAM
From the start, you’ll track your food using our app, which shows your daily calorie and macro targets. You’ll also receive daily meal examples tailored to your goals and the perfect nutrient balance.
EVALUATION
Every 2 to 4 weeks, we’ll repeat measurements and review your progress to make sure you’re on track.
