I’ve been training with the PT020 team for some time now, and it’s honestly been the best decision ever. I mainly train with the incredible Ginger and Noémia, and they’ve not only helped me transform my body but also my confidence. When I first started, I was honestly a bit lost at the gym. I didn’t know where to start or how to properly train. But with their personalised guidance and constant support, I’ve gained a much better understanding of technique, form, and which muscles I’m working. And that having a plan is super important!!
I’ve also had the chance to train with Dyone and Robin, and they’ve been just as amazing. Each trainer brings something special to the table, and their support has been invaluable in helping me feel more confident and strong.
They all adapt to your needs and really focus on making each workout effective. I’ve gone from feeling insecure to being confident enough to train on my own, which has been such a huge shift. My strength has improved, my body feels healthier, and I honestly like my body so much more now.
The gym is also fantastic. It’s always clean, well-equipped, and never too crowded, so I can focus on my workout. Plus, when I need that extra push, they throw on some reggaeton to hype me up (definitely a fun bonus!).
If you’re thinking about working with a trainer, I can’t recommend the PT020 team enough. They genuinely care about your progress and create a super supportive and professional environment. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for me!

I have been training twice a week for the past six months with the PT020 team, primarily with the fantastic Noemia. As someone who started with zero strength training experience (or confidence) in their 30’s, the one-on-one sessions have been incredibly valuable in helping me learn how to train properly and prepare for working out independently.
The constant guidance, corrections, and focus on improving each exercise to be more effective has built a solid foundation for me moving forward. My strength and overall body confidence and appearance have improved tremendously in these past six months, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The gym itself is also exceptional, impeccably clean and equipped with more machines and gadgets than most gyms in Amsterdam. The space is also often quiet enough that you feel like you have the entire space to yourself. It’s a truly personalised and professional environment.
I’m only ending my sessions because I’m leaving Amsterdam, and I’ll genuinely miss the entire team. Don’t hesitate to sign up with them! Thank you all so much!!

Van nooit sporten, naar 3x per week sporten. Dankzij Ginger en Noemia heb ik geleerd dat ik meer kan dan ik denk en weet ik beter hoe ik oefeningen uit moet voeren. Met als resultaat meer energie en een sterker lijf! Ik raad iedereen de biost sessie (3 maanden, 3x per week aan), maar ook de gezamelijke boothcamp levert je veel op!

Ik vind de begeleiding bij PT020 echt top. Ik had nog geen ervaring met krachttraining en merk grote sprongen in mijn voortgang. Ik ben sterker en fitter dan ooit en mijn lichaam heeft er nog nooit eerder zo goed uit gezien. Het is te merken dat de trainers jarenlange ervaring hebben, de trainingen zijn gevarieerd, effectief en er wordt heel goed gelet op mijn techniek. Tijdens de trainingen (en ook daarbuiten) kan ik de trainers altijd benaderen voor advies.
