With a strong foundation in both mental health and physical fitness, I offer a holistic and compassionate approach to personal training. Before following my passion for fitness, I worked in psychiatry as a reintegration specialist, helping individuals rebuild structure, confidence, and well-being in their lives.
This unique background allows me to guide clients not only in building physical strength, but also in creating sustainable, healthy lifestyle habits that support overall balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
My mission is to empower individuals to feel strong, capable, and supported—through effective training, meaningful interaction, and a healthy dose of fun.
